Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Accounts are billed every 30 days and you can cancel any future payments by sending us an email at info@lyte-x.com or contacting your sales rep by email before your next billing cycle.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be within 3 days of your purchase.

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • If purchased a Downloadable software or products
  • If Software has been used over 3 days since purchase date
  • If we have customized your account
  • If we have developed any funnel, websites, or automations

Once request for refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFT

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and emailed you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your subscription or services, email your sales rep or info@lyte-x.com. Your account will be cancelled of all future payments. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing. If account needs to be cancelled prior to billing period, your account will be billed for the current month of service.

ACCOUNT BALANCES

If your account has an open balance for services rendered, purchases, or third party purchases, you will be billed a final bill and must be paid immediately if not paid through your credit card on file.
